All of our coaches are current or former NCAA players and/or coaches. All of our former player-coaches are former Black Jacks. They know our system and our expectations. They understand we play as a team and we do everything we can to showcase our players strengths during the tournaments. Our coaches expect 100% all the time. We are very serious about the game, but not at the expense of having fun. Lacrosse is the greatest game ever and we do everything we can to make it a very enjoyable experience.
